Finance Trust Bank required a full interior fit-out for their branch premises, a client-facing space that needed to communicate institutional credibility while remaining approachable and accessible to a broad customer base. The brief called for a clean, contemporary banking environment with clear spatial hierarchy between public service zones, teller counters, and private consultation areas.
Our design strategy focused on translating Finance Trust Bank's brand values, reliability, accessibility, and professionalism, into a coherent spatial language. A warm neutral palette of off-white panelling, timber-toned counters, and the bank's corporate accent colour anchors the identity throughout without relying on heavy branding. Ceiling coffers with integrated LED cove lighting define each functional zone, while full-height glazed partitions keep the floor plan open and legible for first-time visitors.
The teller line was designed to reduce perceived queuing stress, individual service bays with low-profile screens offer privacy without creating a barrier between staff and customers. A dedicated waiting area with upholstered seating and a digital queue-management display completes the service sequence.
The completed branch delivers a banking environment that performs across every customer touchpoint, from the moment of arrival through teller service to private advisory meetings. Finance Trust Bank now occupies a space that communicates the scale and stability of the institution while keeping the customer experience at the centre of every design decision. The fit-out has been noted internally as a template for future branch refurbishments.
